SUBASE New London MWR Fitness is hosting free outdoor fitness classes all throughout the month of July. Join us at the Conex box and synthetic field on Thursdays from 4 to 4:45 p.m. for strength training. Classes are first come, first served and are limited to 10 people. All classes are weather permitting.
