SUBASE New London MWR Fitness is hosting free outdoor fitness classes all throughout the month of July. Join us at the Conex box and synthetic field on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7 to 7:45 a.m. for circuit training. Classes are first come, first served and are limited to 10 people. All classes are weather permitting.
